Acceptance of terms

• By accessing KetoFuel, creating an account, using the cart, placing an order, reading recipes, or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
• If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account.
• Admin dashboard access is restricted to authorized users with an admin role. Attempting to access admin tools without permission is not allowed.

Meal recipes and nutrition content

• KetoFuel recipes, macros, ingredient lists, and wellness articles are provided for general education and planning.
• Macros and calories are estimates and may vary by brand, serving size, preparation method, and ingredient substitutions.
• KetoFuel does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Shop orders and checkout

• Product availability, prices, shipping fees, and delivery estimates may change.
• Orders may include keto pantry products and recipe ingredients added to cart.
• A checkout shown in local/demo mode is a placeholder until a real payment and fulfillment provider is connected.

Payments, subscriptions, and plans

• Free, Pro, Elite, newsletter, or other plan labels may be shown for product experience and account status.
• When real billing is connected, subscription and payment terms shown at checkout will control billing frequency, renewal, and cancellation.
• You are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, billing option, shipping address, and total before confirming payment.

Shipping, returns, and support

• Shipping status may include processing, packed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, or cancelled.
• For order corrections, damaged items, tracking updates, or return questions, contact support@ketofuel.com with your order number.
• Perishable or food-related products may have return limits for safety and quality reasons.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape private data, submit false orders, impersonate another user, or upload harmful content through forms.
• Do not copy KetoFuel branding, page designs, product content, recipes, or images for commercial use without permission.

Changes and contact

• We may update these terms as KetoFuel evolves, especially when authentication, payments, fulfillment, or subscription providers are connected.
